Luis Illueca began his career in London in 1995 as a swimming instructor. Alongside this work, he completed three years of fitness-instructor education connected with the American College of Sports Medicine and trained as a massage therapist.
He then studied osteopathy and naturopathic medicine at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London. After completing his osteopathy examination, he worked as an osteopath at the Leicester Sports Medicine Clinic and taught spinal-stabilisation exercises at a Pilates centre in Richmond, United Kingdom.
In 2004, Luis and his family moved to the Málaga area on the Costa del Sol. He worked as an osteopath and fitness instructor in clinics in Benalmádena and Fuengirola before joining Clínica Sandalf in Arroyo de la Miel in 2017.
